A standard $290 shipping rate will be added when shipping to a country that is not listed above.
There is a minimum order of $300 required for all international orders.
Customers with an international order will be responsible for all custom and duty charges. International shipments take longer to prepare due to the additional paperwork required as well as the additional transit times, keep this in mind with regards to when you expect to receive your order.
Certain products and countries may have export limitations due to required export embargoes.
Transit Times
Our shipping estimates are calculated based on the typical transit time from pick-up to drop-off for in stock products only. Customers whose orders contain not-in-stock or special order items can find the availability on our website as well as on their order confirmations that we send via email.
Products Outside the Domestic Markets
Some product lines that we market within North America are not available for export outside the domestic market. Because this is a contractual obligation with these manufacturers, there are no exceptions. If you order items that cannot be shipped to your shipping address, you will be advised. In this case, you can either supply a new shipping address or we can cancel the order at your request.
Exceptions
Some products exceed standard shipping dimensions/weights, as such they do not qualify for free or standard shipping rates. When this is the case, there will be a note on the product clearly indicating this to you. On these orders, we will contact you with your shipping costs for your approval.
All orders that contain gas must follow the Hazardous Materials Handling procedures. Due to standard safety shipping regulations, we are not allowed to ship gas items via any Air shipping options.
International shipping is primarily handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, in certain cases, shipping may be unavailable or restricted due to your location or package size. If this occurs, we will contact you with alternative shipping options via another courier. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in some instances.
